RULES

1. Participants must be a member of Chessmates

2. Each game shall start with a combined time of 20 minutes

3. This is a handicap tournament based on players grades or estimated grades

4. difference  higher graded   lower graded

The winner of each game will be awarded 10 points + 1 point for each point for every minute they started with

if the game is drawn each player will receive 5 points + 1/2 point for each minute they started the game with

the tournament winner is the player finishing on the greatest number of points

5. The touch move rule applies

6. If a player makes an illegal move their opponent can claim a win (if they have mating material)

7 Games will not be submitted for grading
